Manual Testing
4–8 hours
Keyboard navigation, screen reader testing (NVDA/VoiceOver), zoom test at 200% and 400%, cognitive test for understandability. The remaining 60–70% of issues that no automated tool detects.

Report & Conformity Declaration
2–3 hours
Prioritized issue list (critical / medium / minor), fix instructions for each problem, effort estimate. Optional: conformity declaration per BFSG §16 as legal proof.
