Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Dipl.-Ing. Christian Franz Werner, BSc (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "User") regarding the use of services on bfsg-scan.at.

§2 Service Description

The Provider offers the following services:

• Free Quick Check: Automated scan of 3-5 subpages of a URL for accessibility issues according to WCAG 2.1. Results are cached for 30 days.
• Full Audit (€290): Automated scan of all pages (up to 50 subpages), complete PDF report, email delivery within 10 minutes.
• Monitoring (€99/month): Monthly automatic scan, notifications for new issues. (Phase 2)

§3 Contract Formation

For free quick checks, no paid contract is formed. For paid services, the contract is formed upon completion of the payment process.

§4 Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR including statutory VAT (20%). Payment is via Stripe (credit card, SEPA direct debit). The service is provided after successful payment.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

For digital content provided immediately after ordering, the right of withdrawal expires with the start of execution, if the user has expressly agreed that execution begins immediately. The user confirms this in the ordering process.

§6 Limitation of Liability

The scan service identifies accessibility issues automatically according to the state of the art. The Provider accepts no liability for:

• Completeness of scan results (automated tests cover approx. 30-40%)
• BFSG compliance based solely on scan results
• Administrative penalties or legal consequences

§7 Usage Terms

Users may only use the service for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to abuse the service (e.g., excessive scans, DoS attacks). The Provider may block abusive users without prior notice.

§8 Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
